About me
I am a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Engineer & A/B testing consultant with 10+ years of experience.
I graduated social studies, worked as a teacher, then crime analyst in Polish police headquarters, finally founding my dream career - coding.
I love dogs, gardening and living close to nature.
Stuff I do
I have a lot of experience in hiring, onboarding newcomers and running meetings with clients and technical partners.
I implement A/B tests — and I’ve done it for some of the biggest brands in the world (think PlayStation, Emirates or Dunhill).
If it involves tag managers (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium) or analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), I know how to set it up. The same goes for A/B testing platforms like Monetate, →Adobe Target, VWO, Convert, Sitecore and Optimizely. I’ve been pushing their limits since 2016, so they really hold no secrets for me.
Over the years, I’ve solved the weirdest JavaScript bugs imaginable and survived some of the most irritating browser quirks out there.
Leadership and Collaboration
I’m not just about the code, though. For years, I’ve been a team lead—planning, prioritizing, giving feedback, and genuinely taking care of my teammates. And I’ve done all of this entirely remotely.
I also have plenty of experience with:
